      • Due to district size data may not be as useful as in larger districts. Need to determine how it is best to utilize this data and what needs to supplement it.
      • How do we provide assistance with areas of concern in regards to data? Do we look at ESU wide data or district by district? (i.e. writing data)
      • How many students are in special education ESU wide?
      • When looking at goals what interventions are being used and what percentage of goals are being met?
      • Cristen and Jeff will look into using ILCD Data off of Districts Performance Report.
      • May want to consider looking at parent input and comfort level at IEP meetings. Comfort level and input varies between districts in how IEP meetings are conducted.
    • Review and Consider Website Feedback
      • Workshop is scheduled for October 25th @ 1:00 p.m. in Ainsworth at the Tech Center to discuss how to BLOG and how to add interact with individual department sites. One rep from each department will be designated for this responsibility.

      • Data Management is being handled at the statewide level
      • Hal Urban survey was sent out and about 70 were returned. Main concerns were with time of year it was held. Participants indicated moderate to positive feedback to the training.

Self Assessment Narrative
  • We will review the Self Assessment results from the Aug10 2012 Staff Meeting and will begin the process of completing the Self Assessment Diagnostic.
    • Main concerns seem to center around evaluation.
    • Each Leadership Team member will go through the Self Assessment results and list what we believe our strengths and needs are in the areas indicated below. These will be discussed at the December 2012 Leadership Team meeting.

School Stakeholder Survey
  • Review Survey for question quality

    • Send first 37 questions out this fall, then send out 38-45 approximately two weeks later

Executive Summary
Using the current Profile that has been developed, Jeff will complete a draft to be reviewed at the next Leadership Team meeting.

  • Additional Information Provide any additional information you would like to share with the public and community that were not prompted in the previous sections.
